These terms govern your use of IPAScope ("the App"), provided by WANDERLUV PLATFORMS LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and, for the direct-download build, for as long as you hold a valid license key.
IPAScope is a security-analysis tool. You may only scan and analyze applications you own, or that you have explicit authorization to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable law and with any terms governing the software you analyze.
The App Store version of IPAScope is sold as a one-time paid download billed through your Apple ID at the time of download — there is no subscription or recurring charge. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
License keys sold directly by WANDERLUV PLATFORMS LLC are for your personal or organizational use as described at time of purchase and are non-transferable except as we expressly permit.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Static and dynamic analysis results are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that an analyzed app is free of security issues, nor that all issues will be found.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WANDERLUV PLATFORMS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
